4D bara problem!!

Lyckades ju till slut med installering och registrering och fick igång programmet.
Nu när jag försöker öppna det går det inte!!! På datorn (i nederkanten) står det att maskinvaran är installerad och kan användas, men nog sjutton kommer det upp ett fönster där det står att "Hasp not found..." och det är stört omöjligt att öppna. Jag har provat med att flytta både dongel och kabeln till annat uttag men det FUNGERAR INTE. Snälla någon, hjälp!
Det är 4D prof jag har.

Vet absolut INGET om 4D, men har erfarenhet av en del andra program som kräver dongel eller annat.
Vissa av dem är väldigt kinkig amed att dongeln är i det uttag den satt i när man installerade. Om det utaget av någon anledning är dåligt (ett av mina USB-uttagt är opålitligt) har jag fått installera om programvaran med dongeln i ett annat uttag.
Detta kanske inte alls gäller 4d (det har bara gällt ett apr av alla de program jag kört), men kan ju vara en tanke i alla fall.

Det kan vara så att antivirus programmet hindrar hasplms.exe att kommunicera med dongeln

Prova detta först:

The Embroidery System 8.1 and later uses new features that are only found in the HASP SRM driver. The Hasp License Manager Service (C:\Windows\System32\hasplms.exe) components of these drivers is needed to both update your dongle to use the features of the HASP SRM drivers and allow the software to open.

Some security software (specifically the firewall component) may try to block the hasplms.exe file from fully accessing the dongle components of your computer.

During the 4D Embroidery System 8.1 install, most security software will give you the option to ‘Allow’ or ‘Deny’ the hasplms.exe file the access that it needs; at this time you should click ‘Allow’.

After re-configuring the Anti-Virus / Firewall software :-

When updating to 4D Embroidery Software 8.1 re-run the update and then run the 4D Embroidery System

When installing 4D Embroidery Software 8.1 browse to the Technical\Dongle Driver on the DVD and run the HaspUserSetup.exe followed by the FirmwareUpdate.exe and then run the 4D Embroidery System

Norton Internet Security 2008

Open Norton Internet Security 2008
Click on the Options link on the bottom left of the screen.
Click on Norton Internet Security from the drop-down list.
The Norton Internet Security Option screen will open.
Click on the Personal Firewall link on the left of the screen.
Click on the Program Control link.
Select the hasplms entry.
Change the Access drop-down list from Custom to Allow.
Click Apply then click OK.

McAfee SecurityCenter

Open the McAfee SecurityCenter
Click on the Advanced Menu option at the bottom left of the screen.
Click on the Configure button on the left of the screen.
Click on the Internet & Network option.
Click on the Advanced... button. The Firewall window will open.
Click on Program Permissions option.
Select the Aladdin HASP License Manager Service entry.
Click the Grant Full Access option from the Action section in the bottom right of the screen.

ZoneAlarm

Open ZoneAlarm.
Click on the Program Control menu on the left of the screen.
Click on the Programs tab on the top right of the screen.
Right click on all the question marks (?) symbols for the Aladdin HASP License Manager entry; select Allow from the context menu.

Panda Internet Security 2007

Open Panda
Within the Security protection section; click on the Settings... button. Another dialog box will open.
Click on the Firewall button on the left of the screen.
In the “Programs with access to the network” section; click on the Settings... button.
Select the Aladdin HASP License Manager Service.
Click on the Communication drop-down list
Select “Inbound and Outbound” from the list.
Click Close.
Click OK
Restart your computer.

McAfee 2005/2006

Right-click the McAfee icon in the system tray.
Left-click the Personal Firewall. This will open the Security Window.
Click Internet Applications from the left column.
Find hasplms.exe/HASP License Manager Service under Application Name. Highlight by clicking on hasplms.exe/HASP License Manager Service
In the lower right hand corner, click "Allow Full Access".
Exit this window.

Norton 2005/2006

Open Norton Internet Security. The Norton Internet Security windows will open.
Click the Status & Settings option if you are not already on that screen.
Click the Personal Firewall setting. The right hand pane will give more options for the Personal Firewall setting.
Click the Configure button. A new Norton Internet Security window will open.
Click the Programs tab.
In the Manual Program Control section, scroll down the list until you see hasplms.exe.
Click on the drop-down arrow in the Internet Access column.
Choose the Permit All option.
Click the OK button. This will close the 2nd Norton Internet Security windows.
Close the first Norton Internet Security window.

Ja, så det med 3D, att det bara gick att öppna med dongeln i "rätt" uttag. Jag tror inte jag flyttat vare sig den eller kabeln som sitter i datorn (jag har ett förlängt usb med fyra uttag), men provade att ändra för säkerhets skull.
Gällande antivirusprogram så har jag inget av dem du tog med Kristina, och min dator brukar ställa just den frågan om jag vill tillåta eller inte, ett nytt program, men den frågan kommer inte upp här. Tack för ditt långa svar.
Jag kanske ska prova att installera om programmet. Suck, varför ska det vara så omständigt och kluddigt gällande dessa program?

Jag fick hjälp av min dataerfarne son när jag inte fick igång programmet.Jag tror vi fick omstallera programmet också Han plockade texten från Husqvarnas hjälpprogram därav engelskan. Hoppas det går bra

Hej!
Tror att det händer eftersom du måste uppgradera dongel. Uppgraderingen finns på DVD, men man måste gå via utforskaren för att hitta den.
När uppgraderingen av dongel är klar bör programmet fungerar.

Prova utan förlängning/HUB! Dongeln kan behöva sitta direkt i datorn, inte i en HUB som du har den nu.

Prova att sätta i skivan välj sedan restore när du kommer till menyn. Starta om datan när allt är färdigt. Funkade för mej

Mitt 4D funkar ENBART i datorns eget uttag och inte i den fördelning jag har, så prova med detta först...
