Reshape the hems to have the long points. The only other issue would be the lapels. But as the little stand collar does not roll with the lapel, this is a pretty easy change. Just extend the center front edge above the bust line a little bit and allow it to roll back. Find the point at the neckline where the fold starts and the collar ends, and then cut the remaining neckline in a straight line to the center front edge for the top edge of the lapel.

Does any of that make sense?"
