Tack för all information Du har gett mig.
Jag har fått svar från generalagenten i Holland avseende HQ2.
Bl.a frågade jag om skillnader mot Superquilter och Little Grace.
To answer the questions - The Handihandles for the Designer 1 and Bernina 440QE are different, this is due to the difference in the foot pedal connection, which is where the HandiHandle connects to, but also to do with the internal electronics of the different machines, so yes, it is necessary to buy 2 different handles.
The HQ2 attaches via the portable track system to your own table, so the table height is entirely up to you, this obviously affects the position of your back when quilting. The length for upto a 3.00m quilt, is also dependant on your own table size. With the other machines, they are a more fixed structure. One advantage with the HQ2 is that if you want to put it away for a period, then it takes about 5 minutes to disassemble it, and the same to get it ready again, weight wise, the HQ2 checks in at 13 kilo's, quite light compared with some other units.
Tyvärr bor jag ovan polcirkeln, dyrt att komma sig till Solentunamässan, så jag får se vilket val det blir.
Jag har också läst diskussionen om PCquilter i en Yahoogroup så nu är jag ganska förvissad om att det val man träffar får inte vara att man köper in sig ien återvändsgränd, då jag kanske senare även skaffar den maskinen.
