Jag beställde från Virginia quilters för ca 2 månader sedan och påminnt dem flera gånger via mail. Häromdagen, 26/4, fick jag detta svar:

Hello Customer with International orders!

It has come to my attention with in the last couple of days that all of the
foreign orders that have been entering have NOT been going out properly.
The computer programmer is needing to make major changes to the shipping
fields for international orders. Even though orders had been entered
correctly, they were downloading to the shipping department incorrectly.
Please be patient with the changes and I will resend the order as soon as he
gives me the ok. This should be by the first of next week.

Jag vet inte om det är samma företag som du har beställt från, men företagsnamnet påminner om detta. Jag har beställt mycket från USA och det har alltid gått snabbt, 1-2 veckor högst.
